Deb's February 1, 2010 Monthly MetaTelecall

I was guided to facilitate tonight's call on wellbeing.  Wellness and well being are 'moving metapoints', and not because of the degree or percentage of wellness/dis-ease.  Wellness and well being are a spectrum between energy and matter in many dimensions of our lives, which has many entry or start points along the mind-body continuum.  One access to well being that we focused on tonight was compassion and appreciation for ourselves, a conversation inspired by a presentation by Larry Yang, a clinical social worker, psychotherapist, meditation master, and teacher.  Larry Yang presented a workshop on compassion to the Asian-Pacific Islander chapter of National Association of Social Workers which I was privileged to attend a few weeks ago in San Francisco.
