In this day and age, anxiety is an increasing issue for many of us. This is a multidimensional subject. On my June Metatelecall, I discussed the ways anxiety can be a sign of health, may be a register for what is off in our individual worlds or the system we were born into. Anxiety (or depression), is not necessarily a sign of illness or of something being wrong with us. This changes the picture completely, expanding our ability to be more response-able to serve our individual systems (body, mind, spirits) interrelating with the greater whole of which we are a part from unity consciousness or creation-based survival system instead of a fear based survival system we were born into.
